Pro subscribers can keep up to three drops running around the clock on jsdrop’s servers, for webhooks, APIs, bots, and AI agents.

Deploy a drop

• Save a version: deploys always run a saved version.
• Open Share, then the Deploy tab, and choose Deploy.
• The drop installs its packages and starts at its own address, like https://my-api.tabcontainer.com.

New versions go live automatically

Each version you save is redeployed on its own. The Deploy tab shows which version is running and its status.

How deployed drops run

Each drop runs in its own sandboxed container with Node.js 24. PORT is set to 3000, and the first server your program opens with .listen() is the one that answers, whatever port it chose. A program that crashes is restarted. Imports missing from package.json are installed at their latest version, as they are on Run.

Logs

The Deploy tab shows the drop’s recent output, including console logs and errors, to you and the editors you invite. Choose Refresh to fetch the latest.

Stopping

Choose Stop in the Deploy tab to take the drop offline. Deployed drops also stop if the Pro subscription ends. Pro serves up to three drops at once: stop one to deploy another.
